Hello!

I'm a PhD candidate in Cognitive Neuropsychology, researching the early stages of cognitive decline and how subtle changes in brain activity relate to how we perceive our own thinking abilities. My work uses EEG and cognitive testing to explore patterns that could help with earlier identification of cognitive changes.
I'm passionate about research that has real-world impact, particularly in improving how we understand, detect, and support those experiencing the first signs of cognitive decline.
Here, I’ll be sharing my research journey, insights, and projects as I work to better understand the ageing brain.
